The Union is directed by members who are elected to act on the Executive Committee and union committees. Members of the Executive Committee are elected by the Faculty Union every year. The Executive Committee consists of:
1. President
2. Vice-President
3. Secretary
4. Treasurer
5. Three member-at-large
6. The Immediate Past President (ex-offico)
7. The Chair of the Grievance Committee (ex-offico)
8. The Faculty Union's Chief Negotiator (ex-offico)
